I am VERY proud to say that in 2018 the amazing charity ‘Veterans With Dogs’ contacted me about having their first Lewtrenchard Labrador puppy from me.
VWD now have several of my Lewtrenchard Labradors in training, with the aim that and one day they will be helping our brave Veterans.
The first was Tia, a chocolate bitch puppy, a Daughter of Polly and Ludo, Tia is pictured during her training, proudly wearing her VWD vest and she is now placed with her Veteran and doing really well.
Then Juno (name changed to Freddie) followed, a Son of Mango and Finn, Freddie is now with his Veteran and doing brilliantly. Juno is pictured with me kissing him goodbye. Freddie was followed by Ronnie (Polly and Finn) and Biscuit (Sybil and Musket).
My Puppies have also joined Guide Dogs For The Blind and Medical Detection Dogs and also made very successful School Dogs too.
All these and the other precious Lewtrenchard puppies have hugely exciting futures, and I am so proud of them.
I am always delighted when the charities have Lewtrenchard Labrador puppies join them, they are always kept informed and offered a puppy from my litters as and when their own puppy socialisers are available to puppy walk them.
